Spacious 2BR Nashville Retreat | Near The Gulch

If you want a place with lots of beds, this is the place for you. If you don’t like stairs, this is not the place for you. One set of very long steps to get to the first floor where the kitchen and one bedroom and one small bathroom are located. Another set of very long steps to get to the second floor where there are four beds and a larger bathroom. These were not issues for us, but important to know. This place has potential, however, it needs some TLC. The main bathroom toilet paper holder was broken and the shower door does not close completely, Also there are no shelves of any kind in the shower for shampoo, soap, etc. and there were no shower mats provided. The walls were a mess and in need of major painting. Many of the pictures shown are missing with holes and/or peeling paint left as evidence. The dishwasher is not attached to the counter so when you open it, the whole thing comes out. None of these things made it uninhabitable or a complete deal breaker for us, as we stayed on a Sunday and Monday night so the price was great and the location to Geodis and The Fairgrounds where our daughter lives was fantastic.

We have not stayed in an area like this before but it was absolutely amazing! The rooms were great and we were within steps of a coffee shop and gourmet chocolate shop! The area was quiet and peacefully, everything we were looking for on our weekend getaway!

We had to book a last minute VRBO to survive ICE STORM 2026! We’re very grateful to the host for letting us book and check in early to help us out…I can’t say enough how much it helped us! The condo is clean, pet friendly, close to downtown and other areas of Nashville. Plenty of space for everyone and kitchen has it all!

Positive: The place is really nice in a very quiet area and close enough to downtown.

stayed here with some friends for my birthday and it was perfect! it slept the 4 of us comfortably but we could have easily fit more, check-in was smooth and communication was great! also there was a coffee shop about 10 steps away from our front door which was so cool! it’s in a great location and we had no issues getting ubers too and from the house, i would definitely stay here again next time i’m in nashville!
